Redacted Science Paper Seed Master
Now the Model Writes the Paper
[So, I did something today. It might seem a bit….Architectural. I built a system to write papers, about almost anything, against the Redacted Science model. That mostly means Candida Albicans as a Biochemical Computer, but it also means things like Clear Evidence, No Trial, and conditions like Cannabinoid Hyperemesis Syndrome (CHS). Hell, there might even be more Exposés and historical pieces. But, they are all written against my corpus with real hard science backing them up and Redacted Science, which by now everyone should know is real]

Summary from the Architect
Summary from the Architect. The Seed Master is the methodology document of the Redacted Science Research Initiative. It is the bridge between the framework foundation (Papers A, B, and C) and the papers that extend that foundation across chronic conditions, substances, and mechanisms. The document allows a researcher or AI instance to generate a framework-aligned paper on a specific subject by following a structured seed outline, the relevant foundational corpus, and the voice and citation discipline the series requires.
What it contains. The document opens with the foundational corpus and its DOIs, a three-paragraph canonical framework primer, the three seed templates (Condition, Substance, Mechanism), and the operating instructions for how any AI instance should generate, cite, and format a paper from a seed. It then contains the seed outlines themselves, organized by series prefix: AM# for Mechanism papers, AS# for Stuck State conditions, AB# for Substances, AI# for Autoimmune Collateral, AH# for Historical and Institutional papers, and AO# for Observational case extensions.
What it enables. The Seed Master makes the framework reproducible. Any capable reader with the foundational papers in context can generate a framework-positioned first draft on a seeded subject, verify it against the failure mode checklist, integrate peer-reviewed literature, and publish the result as an Architect Report. The methodology is the contribution as much as the individual papers are. One framework author cannot write every paper the framework generates; a documented process that captures the voice, the vocabulary, the citation discipline, and the structural requirements can carry the work forward at scale.
Authentication and integrity. Architect Reports produced through the Seed Analysis Process are authenticated by the Architect Report Registry at jimcraddock.com/architect-reports. Each report carries a version suffix (V1 initial, V2 revision) and a closing declaration identifying the seed it was generated from. Papers claiming the Architect Report designation that are not listed at the Registry are not authentic.
Current status. Version 4. Twelve populated seeds across five series, with additional seeds queued across all categories. The methodology has been tested with the publication of Architect Report A#002 V1 (Endometriosis as Organism-Directed Tissue Recruitment), generated through ChatGPT from seed AS#001 and editorially refined with cross-AI review from Grok.
